Michael’s birthday was the 19th. I like to think there is only about 3.5 months out of the year that I am older than him, but once his birthday rolls around, we’re the ‘same number’, and so it’s all the same. ; )

The one thing {J, O & S} did ask to do for their birthday, was go to the ‘Awful-Awful Milkshake place’, (that’s ‘awfully thick and awfully good) and mini-golfing, next door to that. It’s down on the Cape, where we love to go in the warmer seasons anyway.

Although it is September 19 as I type, I am still trying to catch up on the things we did to celebrate {J, O & S}’s 7th birthday at the end of August. Haven’t had as much time to blog as usual, lately! But we’ll be wrapping up this topic soon enough.

One of the very best things about the summer and early autumn months around here, to us, are the Farmer’s Markets that are held in town, down near the waterfront, twice a week! Just 4 shots I loved from our 4th of July. First, of course, is our kids. Yes, they do huddle frequently for a shot together, because I ask them to, and they oblige me. This weekend, our town held a 3 day event called the SAIL Plymouth 2009 Festival.
